My favorite Popover recipe so far

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees


2 eggs
1 cup sifted, unbleached flour
1 cup of milk
1/4 teaspoon salt


Mix ingredients together in blender until smooth. Fill greased muffin pan 1/2 full.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Preheat pans first, for higher (taller) popovers. Those are the most fun of all.

Popovers, fun bread treats!

I love Popovers, and remember getting my first one at Bullock's Department store in the little restaurant there. I would go with my mom and sister there, and we would enjoy a hot, yummy popover. If you have never had one, with butter and jam, you must try one!
