My favorite Popover recipe so far

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees


2 eggs
1 cup sifted, unbleached flour
1 cup of milk
1/4 teaspoon salt


Mix ingredients together in blender until smooth. Fill greased muffin pan 1/2 full.

Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Preheat pans first, for higher (taller) popovers. Those are the most fun of all.
